3. Unopened and Unused Products: If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization number.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
• Products that are not eligible for return include opened or used items, gift cards, and promotional items.
